Benthos buceo are Antonio Martínez García & Vanessa Rodriguez Santos, a couple who decided to move to El Hierro and create their own dive centre after a summer working in a diving school.
Everyone has his/her own experience in scuba diving.

Vanessa: PADI MSDT, and working since year 2000 in places like Galicia, Murcia and the Canary Islands. Underwater photographer, commercial diver and basic life support instructor.

Antonio: PADI MSDT and working since 2004 in Murcia and Canary Islands. DSAT Technical Diving Instructor, and with some experience in commercial diving, working in Murcia and Galicia. Technical diving instructor

Inside a friendly and relaxed environment, our objective is to offer you a great time in El Hierro, to enjoy your holidays time and come back home after having a nice time, not only underwater.

Our permanent staff for this season

Enric: Dedicated to scuba diving as professional since 2010, PADI Divemaster, technical diver Tec 50 and commercial diver.

He began his career in scuba diving with us in the summer of 2010 and decided to stay and continue his education.
His passion for the sea and diving make him an indispensable part of Benthos Dive.

Oops! We forgot him, another member of the crew, the official pet of the dive centre and friend of all the children of the town. His name is "Wevo" and is the driver of the van who will take you to the harbour.
